Steve Dean '67 Memorial Scholarship

Friends and family of Steve Dean ’67, who lost his life to complications relating to cerebral palsy in 1976, established the Steve Dean Golf Classic to help raise funding to support scholarships in his memory. To this day, proceeds from the annual tournament are designated towards the Steve Dean ’67 endowed scholarship fund. The Steve Dean ’67 Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a rising senior who embodies Steve’s spirit of optimism, friendship, and camaraderie. The ideal candidate has demonstrated financial need as determined through FACTS.
