Rick Miller STEM Scholarship
Established by Dr. and Mr. Haas to honor Good Counsel STEM program founder, Rick Miller, the Rick Miller STEM Scholarship is awarded to an incoming freshman who shows passion and aptitude for continued study in a STEM-related field. The ideal candidate is an under-represented minority and/or female accepted into Good Counsel’s STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) program with demonstrated financial need as determined through FACTS. This annual scholarship is renewable for students who maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0; demonstrate passion for the school and community through hard work and personal commitment; continue enrollment in the STEM program; and maintain satisfactory academic, attendance, and disciplinary standing.
