Jennifer Smith

Established by Rudy Cline-Thomas ’96 in honor of retired Good Counsel counselor Ms. Jennifer Smith, this scholarship will be awarded to two students of color who are rising sophomores. Recipients must demonstrate consistent academic performance, good citizenship through adherence to the school community’s expectations, and financial need as determined by FACTS.
